Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Board of Directors issued an ordinance authorizing the City to select qualified vendors to provide professional services and to compile a comprehensive list of vendors for departments to evaluate those qualifications. The goal is to create a qualified vendor list of firms capable of providing Real Estate Services for the City of Little Rock. The work will generally consist of providing property acquisition and/or negotiation services, appraisal of properties, and may consist of managing projects under federal housing programs. City departments can then select from the qualified vendor list when projects become available; thus streamlining the procurement process. The projects and service areas will include but not be limited to the following types: A. Real Estate Service Areas 1. Commercial 2. Residential 3. Appraisal 4. Acquisition and Negotiation Services 5. Building Construction Management 6. Brokerage 7. Housing and Urban Development (Federal Housing Grants)
