Specifications include, but are not limited to: This request for proposals (RFP) is issued by the New Hampshire Judicial Branch (NHJB) through the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to solicit proposals for language interpretation services for Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals and American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services for deaf and hard of hearing individuals (collectively referred to as “Interpreter Services”) for proceedings in New Hampshire courts, including hearings, trials and mediations. The NHJB also seeks written translation services for court forms and other written materials. NHJB also seeks educational materials for citizens, training of staff and judges, and comprehensive reports of interpreter services provided in accordance with the 2023 Language Access Plan.
