Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration issues this solicitation to establish a Master Agreement for Security and Surveillance Systems Equipment, Installation and Maintenance as necessary for the operation and security of state facilities. The Vendor shall provide agencies of the Commonwealth of Kentucky turnkey solutions for their Security and Surveillance needs. The Commonwealth of Kentucky is looking for vendor(s) that can provide the equipment, install the equipment and provide ongoing maintenance of the equipment at a discounted price. This may include incorporating existing equipment into new systems and incorporating new equipment into existing systems. The Vendor shall supply to the Commonwealth all literature, manuals and other documentation applicable to the hardware and software ordered. The Vendor shall provide the name and contact information for the person who is the point of contact for all communications between the Vendor and the Commonwealth agencies related to the products and services provided in the agreement.
