Specifications include, but are not limited to: -Approximately 1400 square feet of completed living space. -Demolish existing space to remove all sheetrock and existing cabinets. -Plumbing to include removal of existing plumbing and repiping with pet to accommodate kitchen, wash room and two bathrooms. -Replacement of existing HVAC Unit (if required) with Mini Split ductless units. -Insulate the entire house walls and ceiling. -Replacement of existing hot water heater. -Installation of approximately 1000 square feet of Hardie Plank lap siding. -Install approx. 1400 square feet of laminated flooring. -Install all new kitchen to include cabinets and all appliance's -stove -dishwasher -refrigerator -Paint the house interior and exterior.
