Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Richmond is seeking a bid for purchase and installation of a water tank mixer to replace a PAX Water Tank Mixer. The Town is also requesting a separate price included in the bid for tank cleaning to be performed in conjunction with the mixer installation. Description of Project Water tank will be full for installation of water tank mixer and water tank cleaning. A diver will be required to perform the work. 1. Water Tank Mixer purchase and installation Specifications: • Water Tank o 750,000 gallons o Tank is concrete, partially above and partially below grade o 47’ x 47’ x 25’ deep. • Mixer o 120 volt o 3 phase (3 phase connection currently exists at the location) o A VFD compatible with mixer shall be included in the bid o 200’ cord will be needed to connect to electoral box Lump Sum Water Tank Mixer purchase and installation price shall include the following • Removal and disposal of current, non-operational PAX Water Mixer and VFD. • Purchase and installation of new water tank mixer, VFD, and 150’ cord Bids shall include specifications on all equipment to be purchased and timeframe for installation. The Town is interested in completing this work as soon as possible. 2. Water Tank Cleaning Lump Sum Water Tank Cleaning price shall include the following: • Cost to clean water tank when performed in conjunction with installation of water tank mixer
