Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Shape and Size • The scanner shall be designed to be a walkthrough device without a top arch. • The scanner shall be designed to allow for high density traffic flow. • The scanner shall be supported by AI software. • The scanner should be designed to accept customizable and customer branding. • The scanner shall be able to detect threats concealed on a person or in a bag. • The scanner shall be constructed in such a way that allows it to be mobile and can be moved from one location to another. • The scanner shall be able to be utilized indoors and outdoors. • The scanner lanes shall be wide enough to accommodate foot traffic and also but, not limited to, wheelchairs. • The scanner shall be able to plug into a standard 110-240 voltage electrical outlet. System Requirements • The system shall cover the entire body as the person walks through. • There shall be multiple thresholds for different threat conditions. • The systems AI software should be able to distinguish between threats and harmless items such as cell phones, coins, keys, and belts. • The AI software shall be upgradable to account for new threat profiles over the life of the scanner. • The scanner should be capable of scanning approximately 3600 people per hour in a dual lane configuration and approximately 1800 people per hour in a single lane configuration.
