Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bentonville is searching for a qualified firm to lead our team through a feasibility study and conceptualmaster plan to expand the current Bentonville City Hall facility into a campus to serve our community for the next 20years. This includes conducting a spatial analysis and facility needs assessment with departments who currently reside inCity Hall, as well as potential future occupants. This plan should also analyze existing space at 402 S Main to determinethe best future use of the property. The master planning process should not only study internal space for offices andpublic events but also analyze current parking conditions to determine future needs. Firms should envision the City HallCampus as the “living room” of the city, providing opportunities for public gathering, participation, and governing.
