All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: provision of ThinPrep PAP cytology screening (“PAP test” or Liquid Based ThinPrep), with the option of providing HPV testing (“co-test” or molecular HPV test) as well as the option of providing additional ThinPrep testing to assess the need for colposcopy, biopsy, or treatment (e.g., genotyping, dualstain test for p16 and Ki-67, tests to detect bacterial sexually transmitted infection, etc.). The level of effort is for the Contactor to furnish all necessary personnel, supplies, equipment, transportation and facilities to provide PAP, HPV, and ThinPrep tests to ANTHC that cannot be performed by Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) Laboratory. These services are required in support of providing the highest quality levels of health care to Alaska Native patients and other eligible patients
