Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work of the Project includes the removal of asphalt paving that has broken up in the Day Use Parking Lot. A fill material is required to fill in the hole. Flow over fill will be installed with Rip Rap applied over the flow over fill. Re-use any existing Rip Rap if possible. A concrete sidewalk shall be installed. An asphalt paving system will need to be installed in the parking lot in the damaged area. A. Contractor shall furnish all tools, material, equipment and labor necessary to complete project. B. Contractor shall construct any and all construction safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance for the duration of the project. C. Contractor shall prevent unnecessary damage to any part of the natural area. D. Contractor shall be responsible for any and all post-project clean-up. E. Contractor shall remove all debris (including nails and metals), and all disposable materials offsite at the end of each workday. F. Contractor shall work during normal business hours, which are 8:00am until 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding State Holidays. G. Contractor shall schedule all work with Park Superintendent or her designee. H. Contractor shall be responsible for all material deliveries during construction. I. Contractor shall provide a one (1) year warranty that applies to all work performed. J. Final inspection will be conducted and approved by Greg Hart from Arkansas State Parks.
