Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and management required to perform universal waste recycling services. Vendor will have all staff trained per The federal universal waste regulations are found in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) in part 273 and 261 as applicable. The vendor will provide all labor, collection containers, supplies and equipment necessary to manage and transport all Universal Waste collected and consolidated at Recyclable Household Hazardous Collection Facilities in a manner conforming to Federal and State laws and regulations. The Contractor shall provide service to load and transport Universal Waste from the specific locations designated by the User Agency’s Waste Manager on a weekly or as-needed basis. Contractor shall transport all Universal Waste to a designated recycling facility, dismantle or arrange for the dismantling of each unit for recycling, and arrange for the recycling of each component parts.
