Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. This set of contracts was established to acquire commercial F&ES PPE across the United States Air Force (USAF) enterprise (i.e., both Contagious United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS)). Active Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command and Air National Guard are authorized users of these contracts. 3.2. The supply portion of the F&ES PPE program includes two (2) separate Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Below is a list of those contracts and a brief synopsis of the corresponding scope. 3.2.1. FES PPE Ensemble Solicitation: 3.2.1.1. Structural Firefighting Garments. Scope: Structural coats, structural pants, structural suspenders, and structural sizing kits. 3.2.1.2. Firefighting Helmets. Scope: Structural helmets, proximity helmets, technical rescure helmets, and related helmet replacement parts.
