Specifications include, but are not limited to: Review SIB’s current benchmarks for all investment pools and asset classes. Hold discussions with current RIO staff and stakeholders to gather additional background information. Establish appropriate quartile performance of investment managers by investment strategy to develop appropriate incentive compensation hurdles. Provide draft annual benchmark memo. Provide draft annual hurdle rate memo. Provide any draft interim benchmark memos as needed. Solicit feedback from key stakeholders as identified by RIO Staff to finalize all memos. Prepare final memos and present to the appropriate committees and full board meetings as needed. Timeline: Submit and present annual Benchmarking and Hurdle Rate Memos in October or November of each year. Establish interim benchmarks and present memos as needed as new strategies are added to the SIB investment portfolio. REQUIREMENTS DELIVERABLES The contractor will be required to provide the following to achieve the objective of this project: Kick off Conference Status Updates Draft Benchmark, Interim Benchmark, and Hurdle Rate Memos Final Benchmark, Interim Benchmark, and Hurdle Rate Memos Presentation of Final Memos to appropriate committees and SIB
