Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. This project is to build an approximately 35,556 square foot building. The arena will be a prefabricated Metal building with an attached steel frame and stucco building for toilet rooms and a storage room. The arena will have an engineered dirt floor and the support area will have a concrete slab floor. There is a possibility of adding space for a Student Learning and Outreach Center containing two classrooms and support spaces 2.a. Base Bid: Construct without Fans over bleachers and arena floor. b. Alternate: Hang Fans from Prefabricated Metal Building Structure, positioned over the bleachers and placed over arena floor as shown in mechanical drawings. 3. a. Base Bid: Construct west wall as uninsulated per drawings. b. Alternate: West wall receives 2” metal panel with integrated insulation for the entirety of the wall height and length.
