Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Replace approximately 2,150 feet of 5-foot chain link fence(see map for measurements and locations of walk-through and automated gates) • Replace existing 16’ automated gate/swing gate (Gate #1) • Replace existing 31’ automated gate (Gate #2) General Statements: • ALL POSTS, RAILS, AND FRAMES SHALL BE BLACK POWDER COATED AND 40WT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED • All fittings shall be commercial grade and be black to match the fencing • All utilities shall be marked by One Call prior to arrival; request done by contractor • All posts shall be set in concrete footings at least a 30” deep on 10’ spaces or less • All plated posts shall be anchored with ½” x 3 1/2” Hilti HUS anchors or equivalent and be touched up with black paint to match posts and fabric • City will remove all existing posts and fencing; gates to be removed by the contractor at time of replacement to maintain as much security as possible
