Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Data Import – DMWW is looking to provide data that would be imported into the proposed solution. • Data Export – DMWW is looking to export data from the proposed solution that could be imported into other existing software solutions used by DMWW. (i.e., Customer Billing system and ESRI GIS) • Service Line Inventory - the software tracks the service line material inventory on the street and house sides. • Map - the software creates a searchable map that can be shared online and displays service line materials and replacement status. • Predictive Modeling - the software has statistical modeling capabilities to predict unknown service line materials. • Verification Method – the software tracks inspections and investigations, and the verification method. • Mobile Applications – the software allows field data collection, including service line material data entry and replacement status. • Customer Reporting - the software allows a web-based method for reporting house side material identification. • Lead Service Line Replacements – the software tracks lead service lines needing replacement and lead service lines that have been replaced, as well as pitcher filters. • Reporting – the software provides reports and dashboards. This includes the required service line inventory Excel spreadsheet that meets the minimum data requirements outlined by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. • Public Notifications – the software provides templates for customer communications.
