Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (“Metro Government”) is now accepting Proposals for consulting services to perform a gap analysis between LMPHW’s existing practices & resources and the implementation of an Automated Data Repository, Analytics and Visualization System. LMPHW would like to implement an Automated Data Repository, Analytics and Visualization System to meet or exceed the following data modernization goals: • Improve automated reporting and standardizing data analysis for health outcomes and programmatic reporting • Provide actionable timely data to programs and external users via program status visualization • Reduce manual processes, increase automation • Ensure data security Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), LMPHW is seeking the following consulting services: • Perform a gap analysis between LMPHW’s existing practices & resources and the implementation of an Automated Data Repository, Analytics and Visualization System as outlined in the data modernization goals. • Prepare a Request for Proposal to procure a system to maintain a centralized data repository with the capabilities to significantly reduce the gap identified above. • Provide project management, scheduling, and coordination with LMPHW and Civic Innovation and Technology to perform the gap analysis and prepare a Request for Proposal • Assist with the Request for Proposal distribution and vendor selection
