Specifications include, but are not limited to: Utilizing the Owner's drawings and renderings, provide construction documents to enable the general contractor to perform construction services for a new addition to Brit Spaugh Park. On behalf of the Owner, secure bids/sub-bidsfor the various components of the work, to assure completion of the project in accordance with the design documents. The successful firm shall provide all necessary construction administration, construction supervision, and third-party inspections to complete the work of the project. Determine and maintain a schedule of the work, indicating the start, duration, and completion dates of the various stages of the construction, and make regular revisions, asrequired by the conditions of the work, for the approval of the Owner. The design firm shall keep full and detailed accounts of the various components of the project as may be necessary for proper financial management and shall afford the Owner access to all records, ledgers, correspondence, instructions, supplemental drawings, receipts, and similar data to properly be appraised of the costs of the work in comparison to the budgeted costs.
