Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Des Moines DIGITAL ENTERPRISE NETWORK PRIVATE STREETS CONDUIT DEPLOYMENT – PHASE 2 project includes the installation of a multi-user fiber conduit network within properties which are privately owned/managed developments or parcels. The contractor will supply and install all vaults, conduit, tracer wire, test stations and other ancillary items required for a complete and functional conduit network for the future installation of fiber optic cables. The kinds of materials estimated quantities, and work to be done for the project on which bids will be received are as shown on the bid proposal for said project. All work is to be done in strict compliance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Civil Design Advantage which have been heretofore approved by the City Council and which are now on file for public examination in the office of the City Clerk.
