Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal bids for the full-depth roadway reconstruction of Enchanted Hills Boulevard from Paseo Del Vulcan to NM 528. This will include new curb ramps to meet current ADA requirements, replacement of damaged curb stones, and new thermoplastic striping. Additive Alternates include: in-depth roadway reconstruction from Chayote Road to Paseo Del Vulcan with a new waterline from Chayote Road to Frontier Road; a new sanitary sewer line from Chayote to Augusta Hills Drive; new curb ramps to meet current A.D.A. requirements; replacement of damaged curb stones; new roadway striping; and replacement of the overpass bridge joint seals. In addition, as additive alternates, full depth reconstruction of the asphalt pedestrian paths for the base bid and additive alternate 1.
