Specifications include, but are not limited to: To provide pilot planning funding, to projects in partnership with Designated Agencies (DA) and Specialized Services Agencies (SSA), for housing and residential supports for recipients of DD Home and CommunityBased Services (HCBS) in the DD services system. Supports will be tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities and must reflect the diversity of needs expressed by individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, including individuals with supports needs who require 24-hour care and those with communication needs, be consistent with the federal home and community-based services regulations, and include new service-supported housing models.
