Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Indiana Department of Workforce Development is seeking a contractor(s) to provide WorkKeys job profiling services in Indiana Economic Growth Regions in support of the JOBS Program. Responses should include the following information: Economic Growth Regions covered in the response (see attached map) Cost per job profile performed under the following conditions: Job profiling projects involving up to 14 subject matter experts Job profiling projects involving 15 or more subject matter experts Conducting a 1 skill job profile addendum (to add a new or updated skill to an existing job profile) Cost per job profiler consultation: Once approved by the JOBS Program a job profiler may provide consultation to employers, communities and other organizations on the application of job profiling, assessments, National Career Readiness Certificates or other scenarios related to the use of the WorkKeys system. This does not include marketing and promotion of the WorkKeys system.
