Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Successful Respondent(s) shall provide all services necessary to provide Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) products and related services to the State as set forth in this RFP and attachments. IDOA, on behalf of All State Agencies and Other Governmental Bodies, is establishing a quantity purchase agreement (QPA) for these products and services. The State is also interested in services offerings that exceed the requirements stipulated in this RFP. Furthermore, other governmental bodies of the State may utilize the QPA negotiated by the State. Although participation of this contract by the other governmental bodies is not mandatory, it is the State’s goal to continue to encourage all other governmental bodies of the State to use the price agreement(s) resulting from this RFP. Increased utilization by these entities significantly enhances the business opportunity for the winning Respondent without having to participate in additional RFP processes individually with these entities.
