Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division of Purchasing (DOP), on behalf of the Idaho Military Division (IMD), is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide Bids for the Idaho Youth Challenge (IDYC), a subset of IMD, to purchase a minimum of 80% of its annual food product volume (exclusive of fluid milk and fresh produce, which the IMD acquires on other contracts), for a period of one (1) year plus any renewal terms, extension terms or both ( “Term”) from the Contractor for all IMD managed institutions as identified in Appendix 1 – Facility Location, to include shipping and delivery of all ordered goods. The IMD seeks Bids from qualified vendors who meet or exceed the minimum mandatory standards of food set by both the federal government and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, and, IMD seeks a partnership with a Bidder who will support IMD’s mission to deliver quality, cost-effective meals for the IDYC. All appendices and attachments are incorporated into this ITB and, upon award, shall become part of the Contract.
