Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Pest control service will be designed for three buildings that house staff and passengers. 2) Inspection and service of facilities will be performed monthly. 3) Treatment program that utilizes products and methods that have the least impact on facilities, staff, passengers and non-targeted organisms. 4) Contractor will work with the Director of Maintenance on the service schedule and the precise service to be performed. 5) Protection from common pests (roach, ant, spider, etc.) to be included in monthly service. 6) Monitoring boards in target pest zones, bait and dust, glue boards and mechanical traps to be included in monthly service. 7) Complete a Service Ticket after each treatment, informing of pest activity and structural and/or sanitation issues. 8) The Technician will communicate with the Director of Maintenance each month about service required to keep the facilities pest-free. 9) Inform the Director of Maintenance if additional services are needed or desirable. 10) Contractor will maintain sufficient work comp, general liability and auto insurance coverage during the term of the contract.
