All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Transportation, (“Agency” or “ODOT”), is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from entities interested in partnering with ODOT for certain Transportation Electrification (“TE”) and Zero Emission Vehicle (“ZEV”) charging and fueling infrastructure projects arising out of the ODOT Climate Office. - Many of these projects will be federally funded Electric Vehicle (“EV”) infrastructure deployment projects along alternative fuel corridors under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (“NEVI”) Formula Program; however, there may be additional ZEV charging and fueling infrastructure deployment projects across all vehicle classes, including electric micro-mobility, involving state or other federal funding sources for which partners are also sought.
