All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Provide regular and on call rates for personnel and equipment - Submit billing within a reasonable time for payment - Provide Contract Administrator with written estimate noting all work to be completed - Contact Contract Administrator if disposal of tree debris / chips can be done on site and identify all locations and materials in advance and include with estimate of work - Notify responsible electrical company if electrical lines or utilities are involved or affected - Verify electric services are disabled before starting work if required - Call in locates for any locates necessary (stump grinding, stump removal, etc.) - Be responsible for any asset, building, utility, or infrastructure damages incurred as a result of the work being completed. (Special communication and documentation in advance on any storm damages etc. that are within the area of work and may be directly or indirectly impacted as a result of the work being completed… - The use of this contract is also intended for ongoing scheduled maintenance that occurs within the Management Unit - OPRD will not reimburse Contractor for overnight accommodations or additional contractor expenses incurred outside of this agreement
