Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Assist with building partnerships with stakeholders across multiple sectors who are dedicated to working together on issues related to marine ecosystem health. 2. Assist with conducting needs and priorities assessments of stakeholders related to marine mammal data management, integration, sharing, and visualization; analyzing data; and drafting report with results. 3. Assist with developing conceptual model for integrating marine mammal health data into Health MAP that aligns with national marine mammal stranding data reporting requirements and is informed by on-going regional and national marine mammal data initiatives. 4. Assist with identifying the process for sharing marine mammal data with the USGS national WHISPers system for national disease surveillance.
