Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salem Keizer Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified architects to provide master planning, architectural, engineering, and related services. The district will use the RFP to select an architect to provide services needed for the planning, design, and construction required to upgrade kitchens at multiple schools during the summer of 2024, 2025 and 2026. The primary scope of work will be to replace some commercial kitchen appliances, most/all will be like-for-like to minimize utility and space changes. Other lesser scopes include utility changes to support the replacements as needed, stainless steel counter replacements, floor refinish, and wall/ceiling work. All design and construction work will be federally funded.
