Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Cleaning services: each visit, the following shall be done: a. floors cleaned and mopped b. toilets cleaned and sanitized c. urinals cleaned and sanitizers replaced as needed d. sinks and mirrors cleaned and sanitized e. hand soap and towels replaced as needed f. trash picked up and taken from facility g. walls, doors, partitions and ceilings cleaned as needed h. hand soap dispenser and paper towels refilled i. water fountain cleaned and sanitized j. baby changing station cleaned and sanitized 2. Additionally, for the DPW facilities: a. General Office Area: vacuum all floor areas, dust surfaces, vacuum stairs, clean reception counter b. Main Entrance: vacuum and mop ceramic tile, clean entrance glass, dust corners and ledges high and low c. Lunch Room: sweep and mop whole floor, including beneath chairs d. Miscellaneous: clean conference table, vacuum stairs to second floor, vacuum and mop hardwood floors on second floor, dust bookshelves, empty trash and recycling into outside containers e. Twice a year, clean windows in office area 3. Additionally, for the Tree & Grounds facility lunch room: a. Sweep and mop floor b. Wipe down tables 4. Schedule (subject to modification as the season progresses): a. Parks non-summer schedule will be once daily between 10am and 12 noon, midApril to the end of school (mid-late June) and from the beginning of school (end of August) to mid-November. b. Parks summer schedule will be twice daily, once 8-10am and once 2-4pm, from the end of school to the beginning of school c. DPW headquarters and the Tree & Grounds facility schedules will be Tuesdays with an option for a second cleaning on Fridays; preferred time is 7am-2pm; yearround. 5. Recreational areas are: a. Mill River Recreational Area, 95 Montague Rd b. Community Field, 205 Triangle St. c. Groff Park Recreational Area, Mill Ln d. Fort River Elementary School Recreational Area, 70 S East St. 6. DPW facilities are: a. Headquarters: 586 S Pleasant St. b. Tree & Grounds: 30 Matoon St.
