All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide services to develop the BWS Fleet Safety, Training, & Compliance Program to address driver and operator safety and comply with statutory, government and industry standards. Program development includes the development of policies, procedures, controls, and guidance to manage risk to human and physical assets; identification of critical key resources and the development of a plan to address current and emerging needs. The plan should include opportunities and strategies to address the organization’s ability to support Fleet Safety, Training, & Compliance activities, including conducting assessments and training.
