Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide professional insurance/broker services to the BWS. Services may be required in, but shall not be limited to, the following areas or specialties: Underwriting, Insurance Marketing and Review, Risk Management and Record Keeping (i.e., assist the BWS with compliance with various government regulations as it relates to the insurance program including but not limited to identifying for filing, all copies of all applicable policy documents and/or related documents, maintain confidentiality of BWS proprietary information and designate files for transfer as such), Loss Control and Prevention, Claims Management, OCIP, Medicare and Medicaid Secondary Payer Act, Actuary services and other ancillary duties.
