All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide consultant and technical services to prepare the required permit applications and documents, including development and assistance in the implementation of the required programs to insure BWS compliance with all applicable National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulations and all other requirements associated with the discharge of water into storm water, sanitary sewer systems and receiving waters within the City and County of Honolulu and State of Hawaii jurisdictions as directed.
