Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform all services in connection with developing, integrating, implementing, updating and maintaining BWS GIS applications and database. Firms/consultants interested in providing these services should have qualifications and experience involving the development, design and implementation of major GIS applications using ESRI ArcGIS software. Qualification of the Proposed Staff: (1) There shall be a minimum of one (1) project manager assigned by the firm to oversee the work and perform the services required for this project for the duration of the project. (2) The project manager must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college in one or more of the following professional and scientific disciplines: Land Surveying, Cartography, Forestry, Geodesy, Geography, Geology, Agricultural Engineering, General Physical Science, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, or comparable Engineering degree. ArcGIS Professional Certifications from ESRI are desired, but not required.
