Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each Visit: 1. Empty all trash receptacles (bags changed as needed) and take to the dumpster (Note: All cardboard boxes must be broken down before being placed in the dumpster or recycle bin) 2. Clean and disinfect all restroom surfaces including door handles, dispensers, mirrors, sinks, and toilets 3. Refill restroom soap dispensers, towel holders, toilet paper holders, and lotion dispensers, daily or as needed (Note: These supplies are furnished by agency) 4. Clean and disinfect all public counters 5. Sweep/dust mop all tile floors and cove base 6. Clean break room counter and tables with a disinfecting solution (Note: This does not include washing dishes) 7. Mop the restrooms and break area with a disinfecting solution 8. Clean the front entrance doors including handles 9. Vacuum the entry mats Weekly Cleaning: 1. Mop and buff all tile floors with a disinfecting solution 2. Vacuum all carpeted areas of the office space 3. Dust and damp-wipe all furniture in the office areas 4. Remove dust and cobwebs from ceilings, floors, and corner areas 5. Clean fingerprints and spots on the light switches and walls Monthly Cleaning: 1. Wash all front windows, inside and out 2. Dust and damp-wipe all heating vents and return air grates 3. Vacuum the corners of all carpeted areas in the office space 4. Dust or vacuum blinds in the office space 5. Dust all EXIT signage, fire extinguishers, and door frames 6. Damp wipe all doors, door frames, handles, etc. Quarterly Cleaning: 1. Wash all light fixtures and frames Yearly Cleaning: 1. All resilient floors are to be stripped, cleaned, and waxed with not less than three coats of wax 2. All carpets are to be shampooed
