Specifications include, but are not limited to: Installation of multiple exhaust fans in several classrooms at multiple school sites. 1. Fabrication and installation of new exhaust fans and associated ductwork, electrical, and controls at six (6) elementary and middle schools in Lane School District 4j. The new exhaust fan units (referred to in the Project Documents as “Modular Exhaust Fan” units) will be installed one in each classroom identified on the Plans, and are designed to provide variable exhaust rates in accordance with District’s existing CO2 monitoring/control devices. Contractor’s scope includes only installation: District staff will make controls connections to existing ddc system, and provide any and all programming required. 2. At Kelly Middle School, at Classrooms 20 & 21 ONLY, one new fan-coil unit will be installed in each classroom, and all associated electrical, ductwork, controls, and heating water piping to existing piping headers.
