Specifications include, but are not limited to: Section 1: • Cut EPDM 5’ on center to inspect existing poly iso insulation for moisture or deterioration. **Damaged insulation will be replaced on a Time and Materials Basis. • Overlay existing insulation with one layer of 20 PSI 1.5” poly iso insulation. • Install wood blocking around the perimeter to match the new insulation heights. • Mechanically Fasten (Induction Weld) white 60 mil TPO membrane complete with flashings, details, and terminations per the manufacturer’s specifications. • Install new 24-gauge, Kynar finish, shop fabricated gravel stop edge metal around the perimeter. • Install (6) new aluminum retrofit drains where existing. • Install premium EPDM walkway pads at mechanical units to match previous layout. • Apply Everest flashing grade sealer over top of mechanical metal curb cap. Section 2: • Cut EPDM 5’ on center to inspect existing poly iso insulation for moisture or deterioration. **Damaged insulation will be replaced on a Time and Materials Basis. • Overlay existing insulation with one layer of 20 PSI 1.5” poly iso insulation. • Install wood blocking around the perimeter to match the new insulation heights. • Mechanically Fasten (Induction Weld) white 60 mil TPO membrane complete with flashings, details, and terminations per the manufacturer’s specifications. • Install new 24-gauge, Kynar finish, shop fabricated gravel stop edge metal around the perimeter. • Install new 24-gauge, Kynar finish, shop fabricated coping cap on top of parapet walls. • Install (10) new aluminum retrofit drains where existing. • Install premium EPDM walkway pads at mechanical units to match previous layout. Section 4: • Cut EPDM 5’ on center to inspect existing poly iso insulation for moisture or deterioration. **Damaged insulation will be replaced on a Time and Materials Basis. • Remove tapered insulation panels along edge down to base insulation and dispose off-site. • Overlay existing insulation with 1/8” tapered insulation package to aid in positive drainage. • Install wood blocking around the perimeter to match the new insulation heights. • Mechanically Fasten (Induction Weld) white 60 mil TPO membrane complete with flashings, details, and terminations per the manufacturer’s specifications. • Install new 24-gauge, Kynar finish, shop fabricated gravel stop edge metal around the perimeter. • Install new 24-gauge, Kynar finish, shop fabricated box gutter with 3”x4” corrugated downspouts where existing.
