Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) seeks submittal of products to be included on its Maintenance Qualified Products List (QPL). The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) has a Maintenance Qualified Products Approval process in place by which potential bidders may submit products for field testing and evaluation. Upon approval by NDDOT, the product is placed on an Approved Maintenance Qualified Products List. NDDOT has established this Approved Maintenance Qualified Products List (QPL), in accordance with N.D.A.C. § 4-12-06- 04. In some circumstances, equipment may become approved without field testing as outlined in SFN 59659. Equipment products to be considered by NDDOT for Maintenance QPL: • Motor Grader, 6x6 16’ Moldboard • AWD Loaders, 2.5 and 4 cubic yard • Ag Tractors with loader, 120 PTO HP • Mini Excavator (≤ 8-ton) • Tractor Backhoe • LGP Dozer (D5) • Self-Propelled Broom • 15’ Batwing Rotary Mower • 10’ Single Wing Rotary Mower Page 2 of 3 • Skid Steer Loader/Compact Track Loader
