Specifications include, but are not limited to: Regular Fuel for General Burnside State Park, Regular Fuel Fixed Fee (as defined in section 2); Pro Shop Gas - 550 gallon tank; Gas - 1,000 gallon tank; Diesel Fuel Fixed Fee , Diesel - 500 gallon tank; Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park Regular Fuel Fixed Fee (as defined in section 2) Gas - 2,000 gallon tank; Diesel Fuel for Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park, Diesel - 1,000 gallon tank ; All gasoline and diesel that is furnished shall be in strict compliance to all Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state commissions on environmentally quality rules, statutes, specifications, codes and guidelines as applicable to the geographic region of the procuring participating entities. Pricing for bulk gasoline or fuel shall be a fixed fee (delivery, administrative, overhead charges and profit total). The closest terminal Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) daily average price for the day of delivery shall be charged in addition to the fixed fee identified by the commodity lines.
