Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Description 22028AMLBAML BOBBY REID HP AMLRP Johnson County, Kentucky The project is located at Homestead Estate Lane in the community of Tudor Key in Johnson County, KY. The coordinates are: LATITUDE: 37.851 N; LONGITUDE: 82.78 W The project area is 8 acres and the waste area is 1 acre. It consists of drainage control and portal closures around approximately 12 residences. The total watershed area flowing into the subdivision is approximately 150 acres. Concrete ditches will be constructed behind many of the homes, as well as HDPE pipes in several places across the road and through yards, including 14 drop boxes. These will replace and enhance existing draining that is undersized or inadequate. The project also consists of three portal closures. The waste area is located at the end of the road as shown in the plans. The site will be filled and graded to promote positive drainage. Concrete and bituminous repair, including roadway stone, has been factored into the contract. Revegetation of the site and waste area, including agricultural limestone, fertilizer, mulch and seed will be done according to standard AML design specifications.
