Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Draft ideal candidate profiles, including qualifications and traits for leadership roles. 2. Development of recruitment strategy utilizing a variety of diverse resources, including targeted, personal recruitment of potential candidates. 3. Coordinate a schedule for recruitment, review, and selection. 4. Review and screen potential candidates’ qualifications. 5. Gather additional information to assist City in its evaluation of the candidates. 6. Coordinate the interview process with candidates and City 7. Conduct background/reference checks on candidates selected for interview. 8. Partner with City on finalist (of position needed) for selection and negotiations. The City will decide who will be the finalist for a position.
