Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued by the TSS Office of State Procurement (TSS OSP) for the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality Office of Energy and Environment (E&E) to obtain pricing and a firm contract for the following, four (4) 2023 V8 4x4 Trucks and two (2) 2023 V6 4x4 Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV): • ITEM 1: One (1) Half-Ton V8 4x4 Full-Size Four Door Short Wide Bed Truck • ITEM 2: One (1) Three-Quarter Ton V8 4x4 Full-Size Four Door Short Bed Truck • ITEM 3: One (1) Three-Quarter Ton V8 4x4 Full-size Four Door Long Bed (8ft) Truck • ITEM 4: One (1) Three-Quarter Ton V8 4x4 Full-Size Four Door Regular Bed (6.6ft) Truck • ITEM(S) 5 & 6: Two (2) Seven (7) Passenger V6 4x4 Four Door Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV); From date of delivery, each vehicle must be accompanied with a factory, comprehensive warranty for a minimum of thirty-six (36) months or thirty-six thousand (36,000) miles, whichever comes first. The warranty must certify that the vehicle is of good material and workmanship and that the replacement of any part or parts that fail under normal use within the designated period, free of negligence or accident, will be promptly repaired or replaced at NO cost to the agency that purchased the vehicle. Delivery shall be during normal working hours, 8 A.M. to 4 P.M., Monday through Friday Central Time.
