K275FLX-Produced by Ashland Chemicals; Monolyte CE 3804-525 –Produced by Monolyte Laboratories; AS PART OF THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT, WE WILL EXPECT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BE MET: 1. Bid Price shall be firm for (1) year and include all costs, including cost of fuel to deliver said Polymer and any return or handling charges for totes. No fuel surcharge will be allowed. 2. Delivery must be made within 5 business days from the time order is placed. 3. Deliveries must be made between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 4. Each delivery shall be accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis for that particular lot 5. Deliveries shall be made in 275 gal totes. 6. A one-tote minimum shall apply. 7. Product quality is to remain consistent through the contract period.
