Specifications include, but are not limited to: he Muscatine Municipal Housing Agency (MMHA) is seeking quotes for hourly rates for services to be provided at Clark House, Sunset Park, and Hershey Manor Apartments. Quotes are for general service calls and not a specific project. In some cases, general services may require an estimate of total hours before proceeding with work. We request that bidders disclose any additional fees that would be charged for a service call event, including but not limited to, trip charge, equipment charge, tool fees, mileage, etc. Overtime rates and after-hours response times shall be noted for consideration also.
