Specifications include, but are not limited to: The building's air conditioning needs are served by existing aged, air-cooled condensers and an indoor chiller. Provide new packaged air-cooled chiller, piping, jockey pump, buffer tank, equipment, electrical, and temperature controls. Contractor parking, staging and storage areas shall be onsite, within the project's construction limits, or shall be in offsite areas as designated or approved by the Owner. 1. Repair damage caused by construction operations. It is strongly recommended that the contractor video or photograph any and all existing portions of the building and/or exterior site conditions prior to the beginning of construction to compare to any damages noted by the Engineer and/or Owner throughout construction. 2. Protect site paving/grades, existing buildings and its occupants during all construction periods 3. Mandatory background checks will be required for all employees working within the facility. Coordinate with Owner for requirements. 4. Any damage to existing sidewalks, grass, landscaping, fencing, roadways or interior components of the building shall be repaired to match existing at the cost of the Contractor. Vehicles must be removed from site when Contractors are not present within the facility. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday, 7am ñ 5pm unless otherwise coordinated with Owner.
