Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Vendor shall demolish the hard ceiling at the ImOn Ice Arena at 1100 Rockford Rd. SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404, third floor. 2.1.1 Dimensions of the ceiling area are approximately 202’ long by 6’ wide = 1212 square feet. Contractor is responsible for accurately measuring the area. 2.2 Vendor shall complete miscellaneous wall repair & installation of control joints above doorways. 2.2.1 Repair shall consist of touchup at angle between wall & grid. 2.2.2 Repair shall also be made where adding the control joints above the doors on the strike side. 2.2.3 Level 4 finish, Contractor shall paint the repaired areas; the City will provide the paint. 2.3 Following demolition, Vendor shall install a grid & acoustical ceiling. 2.3.1 Acoustical ceiling tile preferred is the Armstrong 2’x2’ Tegular #1732. 2.3.2 Acoustical ceiling grid color shall be a standard white 15/16” grid.
