Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The history of Franklin County Field Days and the current status of the Field Days operation • No less than three (3) potential sites for consideration as a new location for Franklin County Fields Days, accounting for o Lot size (must be between 50 and 100 acres) o Location and accessibility o Soil type suitable to host large outdoor event o Potential cultural sensitivity o Ability to host year-round events o Ability to limit disruption of natural resources o Current or potential ability to provide shaded areas o Ability to withstand climate-related changes o Availability to purchase o Estimated cost based upon current market • Infrastructure needs for each site, including water and wastewater, access road(s), curb cuts, electricity (3-phase power) • Identify permitting requirements necessary for potential development • Outline a sequence of tasks to bring the project to fruition, including potential funding sources for engineering, permitting, infrastructure, and construction
