Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Will be the “Contractor” of the sanitary sewer and stormwater drain collection systems for the purposes of cleaning and inspection of sewer and drain manholes and pipelines. 2. Provide a designated Project Manager. This person will have a minimum ten (10) years’ experience with CCTV inspections and management of this specific type of work. Project Manager will possess a current NASSCO PACP/MACP certification. 3. Provide a NASSCO certified PACP / MACP inspector for all manhole and pipeline assessments. This individual will have a minimum 40-hour OSHA construction safety training and five (5) years’ experience with CCTV pipe inspections and PACP/MACP coding. All other employees working in the field shall possess a minimum of OSHA 10-hour construction safety training. No PACP coding or control of the camera will be conducted by a non-PACP certified technician. 4. Contractor can expect to inspect and code approximately 150,000-200,000 linear feet for the two-year contract period. The primary driver of inspections is the City’s Pre-Paving program. Each Pre-Paving map package typically covers approximately 30,000 linear feet and is scheduled at various times through the year. 5. Contractor shall have sufficient staff to adequately handle requests from the EPD for additional inspections beyond the maps provided with the contract. If a second cleaning and CCTV crew is required to handle an additional inspection request, contractor should provide the second crew in a timely manner.
