Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Estimating services throughout the design phase. b. Working with the architect to modify schematic design as needed to mitigate supply-chain issues. c. Ensure the project is completed within its goals. d. Work with the architect to obtain best value and contain costs within the total project cost of $40,000,000 that includes all architect, CMAR, construction costs, design fees, owner costs, FF&E costs, and other sundry costs typical of a large capital project. e. Construction feasibility recommendations throughout the design phase. f. Contract terms will be based on NDUS CMAR Contract agreement between Owner and Construction Manager. A draft copy of the contract will be made available upon request. The contract terms and conditions are not negotiable.
