Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Strategy Execution for Domestic Business Support and Recruitment • Assist the Agency in continuing efforts to identify strategic development of its domestic business support and recruitment in key sectors. The Agency has completed initial analysis of these areas and has identified strategy direction. Vendor would work with Agency to further develop these strategies and deliver associated materials: o Life Science Sector o Workforce Development o Business Recruitment and Expansion o Advanced Manufacturing • Specific areas of work will include: • Use existing research and analysis related to the development of strategies related to business recruitment and expansion, workforce development, and life sciences growth (studies to be provided by Agency), to develop summary reports and recommendations. These would include summary reports specifically for regional economic development associations (Collaborative Economic Development Regions, or CEDRs) throughout New Hampshire as part of the economic development conference. • Develop a summary document of the life sciences sector growth analysis (analysis to be provided by Agency), with a focus on the establishment a new public-private partnership supporting the sector’s development in New Hampshire, and to communicate with stakeholders on the importance of the sector to New Hampshire’s economic growth trajectory. • Review Agency’s web presence and assist Agency to incorporate solutions utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS). Such assistance shall include reviewing best practices used by other states, defining needs, and providing expertise and recommendations on budgeting and minimum requirements for a potential future RFP.
