Specifications include, but are not limited to: To provide bronze railing repairs to the four (4) rails located at the top of the South Portico of the West Virginia State Capitol Building located at 1900 Kanawha Blvd. E, Charleston, WV, in various areas listed in the attached Project Plans (Exhibits C & D). Three (3) of the rails will need to be removed, and four (4) reinstalled (one rail is currently in storage). The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans.
